BRCCC’s Schedule 1 EPR Plan (2015-2019) was approved by The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy in July 2016.

In 2023, BRCCC’s amendment to “Producers Paying the Cost of Obligated Material and Dispute Resolution” was publicly posted for stakeholder consultation from March 10, 2023 to April 25, 2023 (a total of 46 days). To access this draft amendment, click here.
BRCCC made revisions to the amendment based on the feedback received. The revised amendment was submitted to The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy on June 30th, 2023 and can be found here. BRCCC’s Schedule 5 EPR Plan (2017-2021) was approved by The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy in July 2016.
